# Antigravity disabled for ToS violation, built-in Submit Appeal button no longer available

Hello Antigravity team,
My account email: th ********* gmail.com

When I try to use Antigravity, I get the message:
"This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service. Please submit an appeal to continue using this product."

The built-in "Submit Appeal" button no longer works, so I cannot file the appeal inside the product.

I only use Antigravity manually for coding work. I have not performed any actions that violate the Terms of Service.
I believe this restriction may be a false positive from the automated system.

Please conduct a manual review of my account and restore my access to Antigravity.
