I just deleted my .claude folder and it started right up
Agent is not responding!! No Output, No Response, No Terminated due to Error message!
(I have tried all bug-fixing methods on this thread and 6 other threads, none work!
I was trying to use a Local Ollama instance of Claude Code using the Gemma 4 26B Parameter model inside the Terminal window of Antigravity, and using Claude Code I tried creating a website using Next.js, which took a considerable amount of time , so I simply shut off my laptop. As I had auto-save on, on Antigravity
My Ollama claude code instance was running at that time, it eventually turned off after I forced shut down
On all Forums of Google I keep seeing Worktree config files which are causing the problem, but I tried re-installing Antigravity, setting worktree config to unset, and using a new directory, but my antigravity agent does not work. All of the
Steps to reproduce:
Ensure Antigravity has Auto-save on.
Create a new folder
Use Gemma 4 26B Model on Ollama Claude Code by using the command ollama claude code in the Antigravity Terminal (Powershell) to create a Next.js app
Initialise a project and create a Next.js app with basic setup and edit the main page file.

In between the working of the agent, shut down your Laptop, it may say some applications are restricting the shutdown, but it shall eventually shut down, without clicking shut down anyway
Antigravity Agent now does not work on any project! Nor any new directory made!
Anyone has any fix to this?
I got the same issue, and this seems to be issue with the UnleashProvider must be initialized first error that I see in the dev console error.

there is no git config issues as I verified.

git config --unset extensions.worktreeConfig
In my case the issue was that my mac os had quarantined language server binary.
so running this command fixed the issue
sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Antigravity.app
its a git related issue. I moved the repo to a new path, and git clone the repo on same path, and it worked like a charm.
none of the other options i have tried worked for me.
