# Antigravity CLI 1.5.0: "not eligible" after QR + SMS verification (Google AI Pro, Vietnam)

Hello Antigravity team,

My personal Gmail account (dan\*\*\*\*\*\*gmail.com) cannot use Antigravity CLI because the eligibility check keeps failing, even though I have an active Google AI Pro subscription.

Error:  
Eligibility check failed: Your current account is not eligible for Antigravity. Verify your account to continue.

Environment:

- Antigravity CLI 1.5.0
- Windows 11, PowerShell 7.6.9
- Region: Vietnam
- Account type: personal Gmail (not Workspace)
- Subscription: Google AI Pro (active)

What I have already done:

1. Signed in with Google OAuth successfully.
2. Opened the verification link from the CLI. Google asked me to scan a QR code and send an SMS from my phone. I sent the SMS on 2026-11-05 and the browser then showed “Authentication successful”.
3. Confirmed my date of birth is set and I am over 18.
4. Not using VPN or proxy.
5. Logged out, removed the Antigravity entries from Windows Credential Manager, and signed in again. The same error still appears.

Important: another personal Gmail account works normally on the same computer and network, so the issue seems specific to this account.

Could you please review the eligibility/verification status of my account and refresh it if needed? I can share the full email address privately.

Hi @Chu_Dang,

Welcome to the Forum,

Vietnam is a supported region, and since another account works on the same PC and network, this looks specific to this account’s verification status rather than your setup.

If more than one Google account is signed in to your browser, the verification page may complete for the wrong account. Please try:

- Open a new private/Incognito window and sign in **only** to the Google AI Pro account that is failing.
- In the CLI, run `/logout` then quit and relaunch `agy`. When the “Verify your account” link appears, copy it into that private window and complete any prompts shown for that account.
- Wait about 15 minutes after verification completes (it can take that long to take effect), then run `/logout` again and relaunch `agy`.
