Antigravity Chat Unresponsive and Pro Plan Not Recognized

Hi Support Team,

I am writing to report a persistent issue with my Antigravity editor. Despite having a Pro subscription, I am unable to use the chat feature.

Problem Details:

  • Authentication Issue: I have successfully signed in via Google Auth (and verified through Gemini CLI with “Authentication succeeded”), but the blue “Log in” button still appears in the UI.

  • Chat Unresponsive: Any message sent in the chat box receives no response.

  • Support Panel Loop: When I try to access the in-app support, it just shows a loading spinner indefinitely.

Steps I’ve Taken:

  1. Logged in and out multiple times.

  2. Authenticated via Terminal/CLI (confirmed success).

  3. Restarted the application and cleared local cache.

  4. Checked my internet connection (no VPN/Proxy active).

Account Information:

  • Plan: Pro

  • Authentication Method: Google Auth

  • Environment: Windows / Gemini 3 Flash model

Could you please check my account’s entitlement status and sync it with the editor? I’ve attached the screenshots of the CLI success message and the UI stuck at the login state for your reference.
