We are paying for Ultra, yet we can’t even use the product at the level of free users.
The service has been completely unusable due to this error , and there has been no meaningful response or fix, even though many users are reporting the exact same issue. I’ve already requested a refund and decided to continue with Cursor instead.
What’s particularly concerning is that Google has been aggressively offering discounts to attract users, but when a critical, platform-wide issue appears, there is no feedback, no ETA, and no overnight response at all. That’s quite surprising for a paid, supposedly premium product.
This gives the impression that support and maintenance for this product are limited, despite charging for top-tier plans.
I hope this gets addressed properly, but until then, it’s hard to justify paying for a service that cannot be reliably used.
