Because developers are famously intolerant of profanities and always think of their writing.
This is just weird nannying from Google.
This is intended behavior. If users feel the need to send profanities to a machine, maybe they need to seek help.
Related to the emoji things in answers or generated code, you can always set that in system rules.
I know it isn’t you.
