The AntiGravity agent Allow list still doesn’t function. I choose Yes, and always allow … and it prompts every time. This has been a bug since 2.0 release. How long does it take to graduate from nagware?
same here. i am so sick and tired of this. it seems even worse with the latest update i installed yesterday.
Hi @Larry_Charlton, Welcome to the Forum!
I wasn ‘t able to reproduce this issue on my end. Could you please share a following details?
-
Which Operating system are you using?
-
Which Antigravity version are you running?
-
Could you share a screenshot of your settings → Agent page (especially the Allow List and Review Policy Settings)?
-
Which specific command or prompt triggers the repeated permission prompt?
-
If possible, could you also share a short screen recording showing the behavior?
We highly recommend using the built-in Provide Feedback feature (located via the Feedback icon in the top-right corner of the interface) to submit a bug report.
Allowlist is working fine for me. If you’re a developer, you should know it’s helpful to include enough data to be able to reproduce the problem in your bug report - at the minimum, what command it tried to run (exactly), and what, exactly, is on the allowlist. As an aside, I have in my project context for AG how to run the various linter/unit test/formatter tools for each; otherwise, it does occasionally try to use alternate paths which aren’t on the allowlist.
Windows 11
AntiGravity 2.2.1 but has been consistent since 2.0
Not sure if you want this or the specific commands, the command doesn’t seem to matter, the allow is just ignored. I do a lot of .net Development and so told it to always allow dotnet. It prompts for every dotnet command, for example. Powershell same thing. I use a custom build script, build.cmd, same thing.
Honestly there were so many posts about this on the internet and Antigravity and Gemini itself confirmed this issue so many times, I just assumed everyone knew. Could have all been a hallucination but the prompting definitely is not. Would have used feedback but there is none that I can find.
I’m using default settings if that matters. I can now do turbo which is new and allow it to destroy my computer if I want and that seems to work but is relatively new. I do sometimes run a virtual machine just so I can safely turn on turbo mode.
(Attachment build.mp4 is missing)
Can’t upload the video, will only take images. My prompt was build this project three times, It prompts, I click always allow, it builds, it prompts, I click always allow, it builds, it prompts, I click always allow, it builds. Super consistently not working. dotnet is in the allow list both. Although it’s not a windows thing, I’ve tried variations like c:\prj\ops3\build.cmd, .\build.cmd, build.cmd c:/prj/ops3/build.cmd, ./build.cmd, none make a difference. streamable..com/zcpd4m that link should work for 2 days.
