Antigravity account remains ineligible after successful age verification

Hi Google Antigravity team,

I’m unable to use Antigravity with my personal Gmail account because the account keeps failing the eligibility check.

My setup:

  • Personal Gmail account
  • Country on Google Terms page: Pakistan
  • Pakistan is a supported Antigravity region
  • Age is 18+
  • Google age verification has been completed successfully
  • Antigravity Desktop version: 2.12.2
  • Antigravity CLI version: 1.1.27
  • macOS on Apple Silicon

Google OAuth authentication completes successfully and the CLI correctly identifies my Gmail account.

However, Antigravity CLI still returns:

Eligibility check failed: Your current account is not eligible for Antigravity. Verify your account to continue.

I have already:

  • completed Google age verification
  • confirmed my account country is Pakistan
  • logged out and authenticated again
  • cleared Antigravity local data
  • cleared Antigravity Keychain credentials
  • reinstalled Antigravity
  • reproduced the same issue using both the Desktop IDE and Antigravity CLI

Could someone from the Antigravity team please check whether the eligibility/entitlement state for my account has not refreshed correctly after age verification?

I can provide screenshots and logs if required.

Thank you.

Hi @Bolaki,

Could you please follow these steps:

  • Revoke Antigravity OAuth Permissions (Forces Fresh Token Minting):

    • Go to Google Account: Third-party apps & services.
    • Locate Google Antigravity (or Gemini CLI) > click Delete all connections / Remove access.
    • Run agy auth login in your terminal or log in via the Desktop IDE to force a complete re-consent flow with updated age claims.
  • Verify Google Payments Profile:

    • Open Google Payments Settings.
    • Ensure your active Payments profile country is set to Pakistan and close any outdated/inactive secondary profiles.
