I found a Windows device I didn’t recognize or control signed into my Google account for about 1–2 months. Antigravity continued working on that Windows session until I manually signed the device out through Google Account settings.

When I logged into Antigravity again afterward, I started getting: “This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service. Please submit an appeal to continue using this product.” Other Google services still seem to work normally.

I’ve already submitted the in-product appeal, but it only had a checkbox and submit button, with no place to explain what happened, and I haven’t received any feedback. Could a moderator or the Antigravity team manually check my existing appeal and the account’s ban status

Hi @john_smith12,

Could you please follow these steps:

- **Secure your account first**

- **Send a detailed appeal** The in-product appeal doesn’t let you add details, so please also use this form: [Appeal Form — Terms of Service suspension for Antigravity, Gemini CLI, and Gemini Code Assist](https://forms.gle/hGzM9MEUv2azZsrb9)

- **Wait for the review** Appeals are reviewed by a separate team and can take some time. Please don’t submit lots of duplicate appeals, since that can slow things down.

Thanks. I’d already done all of those security steps before submitting the appeal.

The appeal has been pending for about 2–3 weeks now with no update. Is that still within the normal review time, or should I expect it to take longer?

@Ambati_Rajendra I am a pro subscriber with bill account, yet I have been unable to use Antigravity for about a month. This is holding up my work. My October 7 follow-up has gone unanswered, and I still have no decision or meaningful update on the appeal.

I have already secured the account, removed the unrecognized session, and completed the security steps. There is no ongoing security issue that I am aware of. The form you linked only has an email checkbox and a terms confirmation, with nowhere to explain the situation or check progress. I have avoided duplicate submissions as requested, but that cannot mean being left waiting indefinitely.

Frankly, a month without a usable service or a clear answer is unacceptable. Please have a human from the team responsible check my existing appeal and explain what is blocking access, whether anything is still needed from me, and when I can expect a decision. Please do not send another AI-generated or canned reply telling me to fill in the same form and wait. If you cannot check the account yourself, please escalate it to someone who can and confirm the handoff. I can provide my account details privately.
