Hello Antigravity team,
I cannot get past the Welcome / Sign in screen in Antigravity 2.14.0 on Windows.
After selecting “Continue with Google” and completing the browser sign-in flow, Antigravity remains on the Welcome screen. No eligibility error or “Verify” button is shown.
Diagnostic findings
Local language-server responses show:
-
HasAuthToken: hasToken: true
-
GetAuthStatus: returns authResult.ineligible, with an empty reason and a verification URL. It does not return hasValidAuth: true.
-
Both calls complete with HTTP 200 and gRPC status 0.
The eligibility message is:
“Your current account is not eligible for Antigravity. Verify your account to continue.”
Account observations
-
I use a personal Google account with Google AI Pro.
-
The Google age-verification page for the same account says no age verification is required.
-
The Google Terms country/region version shown to me is Singapore.
-
These observations do not establish that Antigravity’s internal eligibility checks have passed.
-
The eligibility rejection persists after following the provided verification flow and trying to sign in again.
Troubleshooting already completed
-
Restarted Antigravity and its language server.
-
Backed up and rebuilt UI caches; the issue persisted.
-
Confirmed that the frontend can reach the local language server.
-
Google endpoints were reachable through my existing SOCKS5 proxy during testing.
No authentication or eligibility flags were modified.
Environment
Could you please help clarify:
-
Which eligibility requirement is failing when ineligible.reason is empty?
-
What additional verification or account action is required?
-
How can I obtain a review through a private support channel if account-specific information is needed?
Separately, the app does not display the eligibility message or verification link, leaving me stuck on the Welcome screen without an explanation.
I have omitted account identifiers, tokens, and the full verification URL from this public post. I can provide additional sanitized diagnostics if needed.
Thank you.
Hi @liang_an_li ,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing the detailed diagnostics.
To resolve, could you please follow the below steps:
-
Update to Antigravity 2.0 v2.15.1:
-
Clear the Cached Token in Windows Credential Manager:
- Completely close Antigravity 2.0.
- Open Windows Credential Manager → Windows Credentials → Generic Credentials and remove any
Antigravity or gemini:antigravity entries, then delete %APPDATA%\Antigravity\Session Storage so the app does not reload the previous ineligible token on startup.
-
Verify Your Google Payments Profile & Sign in Without a Split Proxy:
- Visit Google Payments Settings and ensure your active payment profile country matches Singapore (and close any older profiles pointing to an unsupported region).
- Relaunch Antigravity 2.0 and complete the browser sign-in over a direct connection (or full system/TUN routing rather than a split SOCKS5 proxy) so your browser and the local
language_server share the same region and IP.
-
Private Account Review (If Needed):
Please let us know if you continue to face any issues after trying these steps.
Hi Antigravity Team / Admins,
I am experiencing the known entitlement sync issue where my active Google AI subscription is not recognized by Antigravity.
Account Email: w…@gmail.com
Current Status in Antigravity:
- Plan:
Antigravity Starter Quota
- Notice:
This account is ineligible for higher rate limits through a Google AI plan at this time.
Actual Subscription Status:
- I have an active Google AI Pro subscription on this account (the web interface clearly shows the Pro badge and offers the option to upgrade to Ultra).
- The account is a personal Gmail account (not a Workspace or family-managed account).
- Age is verified (18+).
Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken:
- Completely revoked all OAuth permissions (
Gemini and Gemini App Agent) under myaccount.google.com/connections.
- Signed out of the Antigravity desktop client.
- Restarted the client and performed a clean re-authorization through the browser.
- Tested the connection to ensure the location/network is properly recognized.
Despite these steps, the client is still falling back to the Starter Quota, indicating an entitlement/userTier desync on the backend.
Could you please help manually trigger an entitlement sync for my account UID? I have attached screenshots showing my web Pro status and the Antigravity account panel for verification.
Thank you very much for your help!
