I’ve been battling to use my Antigravity for about 4 days now. The moment I close and attempt to restart the software, it either have a problem authenticating my login. Comes up with TLS handshake error.
The only times I’ve been able to use it in the last few days are after downgrading to version 2.0.11. That only works for one session. When I restart it, it is already updated to version 2.1.4 and ends loading with a blank screen. I’ve tried as much as possible to block auto update. Every method I’ve used failed.
You need a clean reinstallation.
I use Revo uninstaller to remove all Antigravity files. Once clean, restart and reinstall.
Hi @Mike10,
To help resolve the crash you are experiencing, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
- First, try the clean reinstallation method suggested by @ThE_LeGenD_KinG.
- If your system has a dedicated graphics card, try forcing the Antigravity executable to specifically use either the “High Performance” (NVIDIA) or “Power Saving” (Intel) GPU via the native Windows Graphics settings menu to see if it bypasses the crash.
- If you are using a preview version of your operating system, please check if this same unexpected behavior occurs on a stable release with a similar hybrid hardware setup.
If those methods do not resolve the issue, could you please provide a few additional details to help us investigate further?
- Your specific operating system and version
- The hardware you are currently using
- Any additional verbose logs or crash dumps you can capture, which would be greatly appreciated as we look into this
