I made an iOS app and published it in August of this year, and one of the features in it is an in-app AI learning tutor. I used a Gemini API key to do this, and I just yesterday found out that Gemini’s API Terms of Service prohibit Gemini API keys to be used for applications and similar things targeted at individuals under 18. So I wanted to clarify if I am allowed to still operate my AI tutor with the API key, because my app serves kids, including children under 13, and I was going to make an Android version of my app, in fact I am working on it now, but this might be a major setback, so I might stick to the iOS app and stop there. Is there an explicitly permitted option or agreement that would allow me to still have my app operate with this API? Also, what should I do with the existing Gemini integration while awaiting clarification?
