Requesting allowlist access (and quota if applicable) for the gemini-omni-flash-preview model via the Interactions API in Google AI Studio.

Context: We are a healthcare clinic (Skyhill Clinic) trying to use Gemini Omni Flash to edit an existing founder/brand video with camera motion, background audio, and kinetic text motion graphics. We have billing and the API key linked correctly in AI Studio, but every request (including a plain text-only prompt with no attachments) consistently fails with:
“Failed to create interaction stream: permission denied. Please try again.”
followed by “An internal error has occurred.”
This happens even for a trivial 10-second test generation, so it does not appear to be related to input size or duration. Would appreciate it if our project could be allowlisted for this preview model. Thank you!
