Requesting allowlist access for the following Vertex AI preview model:

  • gemini-3-pro-image-preview

Project Information:
GCP Project ID: gen-lang-client-03113909..
Region: us-central1 (also tried: global)
Billing: Enabled (active)
Vertex AI API: Enabled
Service Account role: Vertex AI User (roles/aiplatform.user)
Use case: AI-generated LINE sticker (LINE Creators Market) character illustration, personal/small creator project
Current status: receiving 404 NOT_FOUND / model was not found or your project does not have access to it
