Allowlist request: gemini-3.5-flash-lite on Vertex AI

Hi team, requesting allowlist access for Gemini 3.5 Flash on Vertex AI.

GCP Project ID: cjnyasg-customer360
Region: us-central1
Models requested: gemini-3.5-flash, gemini-3.5-flash-lite
Current error: 404 NOT_FOUND — “Publisher Model was not found or your project does not have access to it”
Current model in use: gemini-2.5-flash (retiring October 20, 2026)

Use case: Text rewriting feature (“Edit with AI”) in an internal enterprise application built on Cloud Run + App Engine. Uses google-genai SDK with vertexai=True and Application Default Credentials via Cloud Run service account.

Urgency: Our current model (gemini-2.5-flash) retires October 20, 2026. We need a migration path before that date.
