Hello Gemini API Team,
I am requesting a manual review of my Gemini API access.
My Google AI Studio project is currently shown with:
- Billing Tier: Unavailable
- Project Status: Restricted
When I try to use the Gemini API from my Laravel application, I receive:
HTTP 403 PERMISSION_DENIED
“Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.”
I have already completed:
- Phone verification
- 2-Step Verification (2SV)
- Age verification
- Created a Gemini API key
- Created/checked my Google AI Studio project
My intended use is a low-volume academic/final-year project called “Akang Bertani”, a chatbot for an agricultural information website.
I would like to use the Gemini API Free Tier and do not want to enable paid billing at this time.
Could you please manually review my Google AI Studio / Gemini API project and let me know whether the restriction can be removed or Free Tier access can be restored?
I have not included my API key or any private credentials.
