Aistudio failed to check subscription

i’ve used aistudio with a vpn by mistake and now my pc can’t access aistudio because it thinks i’m in a forbidden region, even though on the same network same google account with another pc the issue disappear, this issue happens on my main pc so i need to get the authorization back how can i do that, every time i try to access aistudio i’m being redirected to https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/docs/available-region

This could be specific to your IP address. Please report it on our Report IP problems page. Suggested workarounds which may help for now:
Try temporarily switching to a different network (e.g. try with the hotspot from your phone if available).
Try asking your host for a new IP.
Trying switching between IPv6 / IPv4 .

i’ve already verified my age and reported my ip, asking for a new ip seems excessive, does it exist an email for support?

Since another PC on your network works, your public IP is already allowed. The block might be specific to your main PC. You could try the steps below but please be aware we’re unable to give deep debugging support regarding your setup:

  1. Test Incognito Mode. If it works: Clear browser data.

  2. Disable IPv6

  3. Flush DNS
