Preview loads and app runs, but buttons “Select device preview”, “Reload app”, and “Fullscreen” are disabled.
Happens across all projects and backups that previously worked.
Repro across browsers, devices, networks, and VPN.
Console shows no app-side errors.

I have the same problem…
I found a temporary workaround in another threat: click share app with the option “full screen” enabled, copy link into new tab, the buttons are back. but you have to do this after every iteration to the code.

Facing the same issue.
I was going crazy and thought something was broken.
I messed up some code in my website trying to fix the issue.
Same Issue, not able to preview.
I have the same problem. I have attempted various work arounds by changing browsers, emptying cache, disabling extensions, incognito/private window mode, etc. etc. all to no avail. Really hope Google is able to fix this issue soon as I depend on the Change Device & Change Orientation modes in preview heavily.
