Quota exceeded error in AI Studio Build persists for over 24 hours

Hello,

I am developing an app in Google AI Studio Build, and the “Quota exceeded. Please try again later.” error has been persisting for more than 24 hours.

I waited well past the standard daily quota reset time before trying again, but even very brief requests fail immediately with the same error.

I also checked the Rate Limit screen in AI Studio, but the managed project currently used by the app does not appear on the list, and it shows “No Cloud Projects Available” and “Failed to list imported projects”.

To help us investigate this Cloud Run quota issue, could you share your Project ID, Applet ID, and the approximate timestamp of your failed deployment via direct message?
Also, please let us know if you have published multiple apps before, and if so, how many.
Can you also confirm if your account is on a paid or free tier?
