Consolidated case, requesting confirmation that the automated reinstatement sync has picked up my account.

Error: Eligibility check failed: PERMISSION_DENIED (code 403): This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service. Reproduced today with Antigravity CLI 1.1.23 from an empty directory. Antigravity IDE shows the same block screen.
Cause: I added Gemini as a provider in OpenClaw some time ago, before the February clarification. That was the violation. I am not disputing it.
Remediation done:
- OpenClaw removed entirely, no longer installed on any machine
- Third-party grants revoked under Google Account linked apps (Gemini Code Assist and Gemini CLI, Google Antigravity, Google Auth Library), then re-signed in via the official IDE flow only
- No other third-party tool uses this login
- Appeal form submitted via the IDE link on 2 September 2026 at 19:30 SAST, email receipt recorded
Timeline:
- 25 May 2026: Google One case 2-9245000040533 opened. Google One has since confirmed they cannot escalate ToS suspensions.
- 26 July to 6 August: repeated holding responses, no decision, no owner.
- 2 September: suspension is 100 days old; appeal resubmitted after cleanup.
Request: could someone confirm whether this account is (a) pending sync, (b) missed by the sync, or (c) classified as permanent? If (c), a written confirmation is all I need so I can close the subscription side. Happy to send the full address and CLI output by DM.
