Getting this consistently for 24+ hours across new chats, model switches, and app restarts. Checked project billing (active, “My First Project”) and quotas (nothing showing \>90% usage) — neither appears to be the cause. Trajectory ID: d9eecbec-3ecd-4a77-\*\*\*\*\*\*
