This generic message is almost always caused by an account region block or an uncompleted Google security check:
If your account country isn’t supported yet by using a VPN won’t work because Antigravity checks the permanent country tied to your account at policies.google.com/terms. If you submitted a country change form, it takes 24–48+ hours to process.
Your account is likely hitting Google’s security verification (Action Protection):
Turn off your VPN / proxy (proxies cause verification to fail).
Click the “Verify” button (don’t just click “Sign in again”) and complete the mobile check in your browser.
