After clearing cloud billing suspension , All commands result in "An internal error has occurred"

My google cloud account was suspended for not paying balance. I have payed my balance in full 2 days agp.

Now whenever I finish the free quota for prompts, no API keys work to continue to prompt commands all resulting in “An internal error has occurred”

Confirmed the following:

-attempting to prompt commands on a new project
-Cleared cache/cookies
-Created new API keys,
Enable API (at least i believe I did )
Confirmed billing project accounts are active

I also spend over $60 and still haven’t receiving a phone pin for phone support

Everything was perfectly fine until my account got suspended, not sure if this is update related. Please help as I am currently at a stand still. I have resolved my balance roughly 48 hours ago
