Account-specific verification loop on Antigravity IDE ("Further action is required" / 403)

Hi Antigravity team,

I am blocked by a persistent sign-in verification loop specifically on my Google account (a1***@gmail.com).

Every time I complete the Google OAuth sign-in in the browser, Antigravity IDE immediately drops back to:

“Further action is required to use Antigravity IDE. Please verify your account, then sign in again to continue.”

I can confirm this is an account-specific backend issue rather than a client or network problem:

  • On the exact same PC, identical network, and same proxy connection, my other Google accounts sign in and use Antigravity IDE normally.

  • Only this particular account gets blocked with Access forbidden (403) and the verification required prompt.

  • Age verification on this Google account has been completed.

  • 2-Step Verification (2FA) is also enabled on this account today.

  • I have already revoked previous authorizations from Google Account → Linked apps, cleared IDE local caches, and tried fresh logins, but the prompt recurs immediately.

(Note: As a new forum user, I am currently unable to upload screenshots directly here).

Could an engineer or admin please look up my account (a1***@gmail.com) in the backend, check if there is a security flag or provisioning lock, and help reset/refresh it?

Thank you!

Hi @chesky_brian,

Welcome to the Fourm,

To resolve this account security hold:

  1. Resolve Account Security Alerts: Visit your Google Account Security Dashboard at https://myaccount.google.com/security in a web browser. Check for any pending security alerts, ‘Is this you?’ sign-in prompts, or unconfirmed 2-Step Verification actions on your account (a1***@gmail.com) and confirm them.
  2. Verify Account Age & Location Eligibility: Ensure age verification is confirmed at https://myaccount.google.com/age-verification and your region matches supported geographies per https://antigravity.google/docs/faq#what-is-google-antigravitys-geographical-availability.
  3. Reset Session & Authenticate via Incognito: Once security alerts are cleared on your Google account:
    • In Antigravity IDE, open the Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+P on Windows/Linux or Cmd+Shift+P on macOS) and run Antigravity: Reset Onboarding.
    • Complete the OAuth sign-in link in a fresh Incognito / Private Window to bypass stale browser session cookies.
  4. Diagnostic Logs/Screenshot: If the 403 loop persists after resolving security alerts, please provide either your diagnostic logs dumped in a .txt file (from Help > Toggle Developer Tools > Console or View > Output > Antigravity Language Server) or an error screenshot.
