Account Provisioning Issue: "Your account is not eligible for Gemini Code Assist for individuals at this time"

Hi Antigravity Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue logging into the Antigravity IDE with my account. Upon completing the OAuth authorization flow in the browser, the setup fails with the following message:

“There was an unexpected issue setting up your account. Your account is not eligible for Gemini Code Assist for individuals at this time.”

Here are the details of the affected account:

  • Primary Account: cn**@gmailcom
  • Associated Country: United States - California (Confirmed via policies.google.com/country-association-form)
  • Environment: Windows, official Antigravity IDE client, clean cache, no Google Cloud enterprise variables set.

It appears the backend provisioning pipeline for the individual entitlement is stuck or flagged. Could an administrator or Googler please look into this and assist with manually re-provisioning / resetting the individual access status for my account?

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi Antigravity Team,

Could you also please help reset/re-provision the individual entitlement for my second account:

  • Account: g…@gmail.com

It is experiencing the exact same “unexpected issue setting up your account” error. Thank you!

Hi @cnstan,

Welcome to the Forum,

Thank you for reporting. To resolve this, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Open the standalone Antigravity 2.0 app and sign in with the same account.
  • Complete the verification (usually by scanning a QR code with your phone).
  • Sign in to the IDE again.

If you still see the error after that, reply with your Antigravity version and whether you’re using a VPN.
