Account paid, but rate limit problem persists; requesting emergency assistance

Apparently, the ‘rate limit’ error started again this afternoon. This problem had been previously fixed due to an apparent bug on the AI ​​Studio website itself. However, I noticed that today the site underwent a payment change. A payment request for regularization was sent a few days ago, and unfortunately, I didn’t see the notifications. But today, when I saw that the chat stopped working, I followed the necessary procedure to recover it and made the payment. However, the problem persists! This notification appears whenever I try to send a new prompt this shows up.

And when I try to look deeper into the settings (which apparently also changed the layout recently), this appears. Yes, it’s in Portuguese (I live in Brazil), but what it says is: ‘The quota level is not available, please contact the project administrator for assistance’.

I don’t know if this is an internal problem or if I need to do something else that I’m unaware of. Is there anyone who can help me fix this? It’s okay if you don’t speak Portuguese; I understand English perfectly. I just need help getting it working again. What do I need to do now to restore normal functionality after payment?

  • Disable extensions.
  • Try another browser (like Google Chrome)
  • Refresh the AI Studio page or reopen it in a new browser window.
  • Clear browser cache and cookies, then sign in again.
