Account Login Issue - Stuck on Google Sign-in Screen

am reaching out to report a persistent issue with my account. I recently purchased a subscription using a payment card from a friend in Saudi Arabia (while I am based in Iraq), but I am unable to use the software.

The Problem: When I attempt to log in using my Google account, the application stays stuck on the sign-in screen (as shown in the attached screenshot) and never proceeds to the main dashboard.

Observations:

  • I have tried logging in with other Google accounts, and they work perfectly fine on the same machine.

  • The issue is specific to this particular account where the subscription was activated.

  • I have tried basic troubleshooting (restarting, checking connection), but nothing has changed.

Since I have already paid for the subscription two days ago and haven’t been able to access the service, I would appreciate your help in resolving this or checking if there is a block/sync error on my account.
