Hey everyone, hoping a community manager or someone who has dealt with this can help me out because I’m getting nowhere with standard support.
I was using Gemini in the Antigravity IDE to extract some questions from a PDF. To make sure the vision model was actually reading the text properly, I was having it view the same image about 5 times. I did this for roughly 50 images spread out over the course of 1 to 2 hours.
Out of nowhere, my service was disabled and I got hit with a Terms of Service violation.
I definitely didn’t hit a rate limit. I checked my usage and still had about 60% of my quota remaining. From what I can guess, the automated Trust & Safety filter must have flagged my repetitive requests (50 images x 5) as bot activity or scraping, even though I was just manually double-checking the AI’s output. I have never used any unauthorized third-party tools like OpenClaw or OpenCode on my account.
I filled out the official appeal form and sent an email to support 2 days ago, but I have gotten absolutely zero response to either.
Has anyone else triggered a false positive like this just by manually testing the model? Is there any way to get an actual human to review my account so my access can be restored?
Thanks in advance.
