I am writing to seek help regarding my Google AI Studio accounts. I am a user from China, and due to network restrictions, I need to use a VPN to access Google services.
Recently, I made a serious mistake: I opened two of my Google accounts simultaneously in incognito/private mode on the same browser, and I switched between them frequently. I now understand that this behavior likely triggered Google’s anti-abuse system, and as a result, all of my accounts have been restricted. I am currently seeing “permission denied” and “Failed to generate content” errors.
I sincerely apologize for my actions. I realize that using multiple accounts concurrently is a violation of the platform’s intended usage, and I have learned my lesson. I am an individual user, and I use AI Studio solely for my personal novel writing projects. I am not a bot, nor am I engaged in any commercial or bulk operations. I was simply trying to manage my work more efficiently, but I now understand that my approach was wrong.
I would like to kindly ask the Google AI Studio team to review my account status and consider lifting the restrictions. I promise that I will never use multiple accounts simultaneously again. From now on, I will only use one account at a time, and I will follow all usage policies strictly.
