Access to Google AI Studio has been incorrectly revoked despite my account meeting all stated eligibility requirements

Hello,

I’m unable to access Google AI Studio and would appreciate your assistance in restoring access as soon as possible.

When I try to access AI Studio, I receive the following messages:

  1. Regional restrictions: “Google AI Studio is not available in your region.” However, this does not appear to be correct, as Israel is listed as a supported region.
  2. Age requirements: “You do not meet the minimum age requirement (18+) to access this service.” This is also incorrect, as I am over 18 years old.
  3. Account verification: The message suggests that I may need to verify my age. However, when I check my Google Account, it states: “You don’t need to take any action because your Google Account doesn’t require age verification. You can close this window.”

Since none of these reasons appear to apply to my account, could you please investigate why my access has been revoked and reinstate access to Google AI Studio as soon as possible?

This could be specific to your IP address. Please report it on our Report IP problems page. Suggested workarounds which may help for now:

  • Try temporarily switching to a different network (e.g. try with the hotspot from your phone if available).

  • Try asking your host for a new IP.

  • Trying switching between IPv6 / IPv4.
