A bit of attention for tfjs #3835 (angles from face mesh)

There is community-ticket tfjs #3835 - it asks to add rotation angle for face mesh.
I have submitted MR for it #844

I surely understand tfjs team has it’s own priorities, however my MR dangles there for already two weeks.
I would be glad if some response would be given, so I can continue with MR.
