7-Day Lockout for all models as a Google Pro user


I am the owner of a legitimate Google One AI Pro Yearly Subscription ($220/year).

Despite paying for the pro tier, my account is incorrectly flagged with a 7-Day (Weekly) Refresh Cycle instead of the documented 5-hour Pro cycle.

This is ridiculous for my situation:

  1. I have removed all family members to isolate the account.

  2. I have verified my payment profile.

  3. As seen in the attached screenshot, even “cheap” models like Gemini Flash show a 7d 0h 0m lockout.

My account is clearly suffering from a Provisioning Error where my Paid Status is not being recognized by the Antigravity quota server. I need this flagged status manually reset by engineering immediately, as I am unable to use the service I paid for."

Any other solutions ?
