Hello Google AI Studio Support,

My Gemini API project is returning this error on every request:
403 PERMISSION_DENIED — Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.

Project ID: ctrl-cv-500315
Use case: Ctrl CV, an AI-assisted CV/resume builder that helps users improve resume content.
When it started: 23/06/2026,20:35

I have revoked the previously exposed API keys, removed all keys from client-side code, and will use a newly generated key only from a secure backend environment variable.

Please review the project/account restriction and restore Gemini API access if possible. I can provide request IDs and redacted logs if needed.

Getting a 403 API error response and / or seeing “Unavailable” next to your project in AI audio indicates a flag has been placed on your account. To proceed:

  1. Check for banners / error callouts in the AI Studio Projects page & the Billing page.

  2. If the issue isn’t clear from the above, contact Cloud Billing Support.
