403 error with Gemini API

Hello Gemini API Team,

I am requesting a manual review of my Gemini API access.

My Google AI Studio project currently shows:

  • Status: Restricted

  • Billing tier: Unavailable

  • Billing is not enabled

Gemini API model listing works successfully, but every generateContent request returns:

HTTP 403 PERMISSION_DENIED
“Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.”

I have already completed all the recommended account verification steps:

  • Age verification completed

  • Phone number verified

  • 2-Step Verification enabled

  • API key created in Google AI Studio

  • Gemini API enabled

  • Tested multiple Gemini models

  • models.list works successfully

I am using OMP 18.4.3 to test the Gemini API. The API key is correctly recognized and OMP can retrieve the available models, but generation requests are rejected with the same 403 error.

I would like to use the Gemini API exclusively within the eligible Free Tier limits. I do not want to enable paid billing or add prepaid credits.

Could you please manually review the restriction on my Google AI Studio project/account and restore Free Tier API access if I am eligible?

I have not included my API key or any other private credentials.
