I’m going to be real, this update is. I’m an Ultra subscriber, I’ve been building production software on Antigravity for months, real apps, real pipelines, real work. Opened it up tonight and my whole environment is destroyed. Projects scattered everywhere, conversations split into random orphaned threads, settings and config wiped. I’ve been sitting here for hours trying to put the pieces back together instead of actually getting work done. And I’m reading this forum and it’s the same story from everybody. Installs fighting each other, restart loops, the IDE download that isn’t actually an IDE because you can’t even open a file in it. One person said this is the third time a forced update their setup. Third time. This is a $200/month tool that people use for their jobs every single day and Google just ripped the whole thing out and replaced it with something else overnight without telling a single person. No email, no warning, no migration path, no way to roll back. Nothing. And now every thread on this forum is just users helping each other uninstall your update and go find 1.23.2 buried at the bottom of the downloads page. The number one piece of advice for your product right now is to make sure it never updates again. That’s where we’re at. I’m reverting tonight. Fix this. Say something. And stop doing this to the people paying you.
thanks for nothing google! I am back to the good old VS Code, I will never switch to google again
